The Golden Rule is that inconvenience to residents caused by another moving in or out should be minimised. Common consideration can achieve this.
Sale Boards: Owners and Agents note: Boards to be no larger than 180cm high x 120cm wide and must be removed within 7 days after auction or sale. Please advise Property manager on 0419 524 597 for longer arrangement. Only 2 boards can be in place at any one time.
Removalist trucks: Trucks with a combined weight and load exceeding 4 tonne must NOT enter the rear car park area (off Tennyson Street) as a result of the weight restrictions on the concrete apron which is also the roof of the underground car park.This includes 4 tonne weight limitation at marked car spaces adjacent brick wall Bladens Lane
Trucks may park in Bladens Lane but it is absolutely essential that those residents who are moving in and out seek approval from the Owner’s Corporation to minimise inconvenience to those residents entitled to the private car spaces at the south end.
Removalists using this area can be assisted by those residents (if forewarned spaces can be made available for the truck) and by the Owners Corporation which can arrange temporary removal of the bollards on the western wall of the building to make space available.;
All removals should be via Bladens lane door.
Covers and floor mat must be used during moving if using the lift. For specific location of lift covers, contact building manager Kevin Charles on 0419 524 597
Rear and front access stairs to each floor are also available.
THE LIFT: Please treat our new lift well. In particular do not: 1. hold the doors open for extended periods; 2. overload it with equipment; 3. graffiti
DO: Use lift covers and floor mat when transporting large items whether, during a housing shift, or after a large purchase. They hook onto the stainless steel panels in the lift quite easily. These must be folded and replaced back where they come from when moving is complete. The carpet mat MUST be used to protect the lift floor from scratches and damage.
