Car Parks Residents have and are entitled to use their defined car spaces. To park in such a space without the permission of the resident entitled is trespassing. There are three car parking areas requiring access devices.
the below building garage off Bladens Lane [roll a door].
the rear car park off Tennyson St [boom gate];
the rear underground garage [boom gate & roll a door].
Only those residents entitled to use these car parking facilities are entitled to a remote controller unless arrangements have been made with the Owners Corporation. The Bladens Lane car parks are entitled to be used exclusively by specified residents their guests. The Owner’s Corporation owns three additional car parks in the rear car park off Tennyson St which from time to time are available to be licensed to residents.
Building A fob is required for building access and is programmed to provide access through the doors to the foyer. New residents should obtain door security fobs from previous residents or their agents. Once in the foyer anyone can go anywhere in the building – for this reason it is imperative to keep fobs safe and to keep these doors locked to outside entry. Do not keep any of these doors open with a wedge (for movers or tradespeople for example) unless constantly monitored. There have been burglaries in the building in the past and if you see anyone you think is not a resident or guest it is a good idea to ask politely who they are visiting or what is their reason for being there – we do not have a secure lift or fire escape stairs.
