Gas supply is paid by the Owners Corporate fees to all apartments. You will not receive separate gas account.
Electricity, each apartment has its own electricity suppliers – owner’s discretion. Power boards are located on each floor in locked cupboards. If your power supplier needs access to connect supply or otherwise check whether it has a master key (which is usually the case) or otherwise notify the appropriate committee member referred to in the Schedule.

Foxtel. The building is "backboned" with Foxtel cabling attached to roof top satellite receiver. The cabling is in the riser in the power cupboard.
It is up to individual residents to organise their own connection. Some apartments will have difficulty and the exercise may be costly but you are invited to ask other residents who may have been through the experience.
